How do I place an order?

Open the product page, press Add to cart, then fill in the short delivery form on the cart page and press Place order. You do not pay anything at that point.

What happens after I submit the form?

A member of our team calls you to confirm the order and the delivery address. Once confirmed, the parcel is dispatched.

How do I pay?

In cash, directly to the courier, when the parcel is delivered. No card or bank details are collected on this site.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are dispatched in 24-48h and usually arrive within 2-3 business days, depending on where you are.

Where do you deliver?

To the countries listed on our Shipping Info page.

Are there any extra costs?

No. The price on the product page includes VAT and delivery. The courier collects exactly the total shown in your cart.

Can I change my mind?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from the purchase and get a full refund. See Right of Withdrawal.

Is my data safe?

The site runs over HTTPS and your details are used only to process and deliver your order. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
